Properties

Properties allow a player to generate perpetual income, and some may grant additional abilities.

The income generated by properties is separate from your cash on hand and money in the bank, and must be collected from the properties page to move it into your cash on hand. The rate at which property money accumulates decreases by 90% when your Max Collection limit is reached. This limit can be increased by upgrading your Safe House.

Properties fall into three categories:

1. Safe House - increases the maximum income that can be accumulated without penalty
   • Safe House
2. Income Properties - provide an income of some amount per hour per level
   • Restaurant
   • Condo
   • Night Club
   • Mansion
   • Casino
   • Caribbean Island
   • Train Station, Mega Casino, Sports Arena, Las Vegas Strip, Financial Center and Ultra Yacht - these are only available from promotions
3. Upgrade Properties - provide some other beneficial ability. Some also give an income of $1000 per hour
   • Hospital - reduces healing costs
   • Construction Company - reduces property build time
   • Real Estate Agency - reduces property costs
   • Arms Factory - reduces weapon costs
   • Personal Armory - increases lieutenant attack
   • Boxing Gym - increases lieutenant defense
   • Fortress - increases income property Limit
   • Stock Market Exchange - increases property income
   • Steel Factory - reduces damage from bosses
   • Science Facility - reduces tech lab build times
   • Dojo - increases class coins rewards
   • Defense Facility - increases player defense
   • War Factory - increases player attack
   • Bio Lab - increases player health
   • Airport - increases player energy
   • Space Program - increases player stamina
   • The Cayman Islands - secures bank balance

• Miscellaneous (Achievements) - earned by obtaining a certain income threshold

  • Real Estate Tycoon
