"Stacks" or "no stack" is used in reference to the bonuses granted by certain items or skills. It lets you know whether owning multiple instances of the item or using the skill multiple times is worth it or not. If a bonus stacks, it will increase if it applies more than once. If it doesn't stack, you get the fixed benefit regardless of the number of times you are eligible for it.
